Shipping Policy
Product Selection:
Currently we are shipping Corals and select offering of some of our dry goods.
Our shipping fees are based on your location, and weight. All live stock must be shipped over night dry goods can be shipped UPS ground.
In the yellow zone below you have the option to select ground, however if are outside of the ground shipping zone you will need to select overnight shipping.
Placing Orders:
- You can place orders through our website, over the phone, or in-person at our physical store.
- Orders are subject to availability. In case a product is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and provide alternatives, if available.
FREE SHIPPING! on 'CORAL' orders of $350 or more.
Pricing:
- All prices are displayed in your local currency and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
- We strive to maintain accurate pricing, but in the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel or amend an order and provide a refund or alternative.
Payment:
We accept various forms of payment, including cash (in store), credit/debit cards, and online payment methods.
Order Confirmation:
Once your order is placed and payment is processed, we will provide an order confirmation with details of your purchase.Return Policy:
- We understand that circumstances may arise where a return or exchange is necessary.
- For dry goods, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
- Coral are not eligible for return. In the unlikely event of a Dead On Arrival (DOA), we will need a clear photo within four hours of the time of arrival/delivery on the time stamp for the tracking number. Store credit will be given for any approved DOA, to expire seven months after issue.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- We may request additional information, such as photographs, to assess the issue.
- Based on the assessment, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team either by phone or email.
- We will provide you with further instructions on returning the item.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, excluding any shipping or handling charges.
- It may take up to two weeks for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
